1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Attenda platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Attenda is a multi-tenant SaaS attendance management platform providing attendance tracking, reporting, and notification services for educational institutions.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Data Isolation & Privacy

Each school's data is isolated and cannot be accessed by any other school on the platform. We take data privacy seriously and comply with applicable data protection laws.

5. Subscription Plans

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in PKR.
• You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
• Refunds are not provided for partial months.
• Non-payment may result in account suspension.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons.

7. Data Retention

If your subscription is terminated, your data will be retained for 30 days after which it will be permanently deleted. You may request a data export before termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

Attenda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform.
